Editorial Shoot - Mak Mak Menari (Rice Media)

Rice Media called me back for another shoot and this time, we covered “Mak Mak Menari”, a production which is centered around the real life experiences of the modern Malay mother in Singapore.

It is a story about resilience and how motherhood, marriage, and cultural taboos have not slowed them down but instead, highlights how strong these mothers can be. And true to the story, most of the cast members that make up the production were working mothers themselves.

I have immense respect for these individuals and would like to once again thank Rice Media for inviting me to shoot for you guys again.

P.S. Thank you Makciks for the dinner! The food was delicious. :)
